| Details: | SUMMARY: Violation Follow Up DETAILS: Violation 3086516System missed 3rd quarter coliform. System sold in June 2017 to new owners. Called Talya and reminded to take quarterly coliform year-round along with annual nitrate. She said she will take 4th qtr asap as well as annual nitrate. System supplies water to a licensed restaurant east of Bend. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 4th qtr coliform asap and annual nitrate before end of year. Continued on-time routine sampling. | ||
