| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Samples Positive for Total Coliform DETAILS: I received a message from the system on 10/4 that the system had been heavily shock chlorinated. I spoke with Scott later that same day, and again he re-iterated the system had already been shock chlorinated. I instructed him to take five routine samples during the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 routine samples in October 2017. | ||
