| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I advised Mr. Bolton of the requirement to obtain three repeat samples to include one sample from the site of the original positive sample, obtain a source sample and label it as a triggered source and submit them to a laboratory within 24 hours of receiving the positive result. He will submit the samples to the laboratory on 9-13-2017. ACTION NEEDED: To be determined based upon the results of the repeat and triggered source samples. | ||
