| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: System was required to complete and submit a Level 1 investigation for multiple positive coliform. Mr. Edwards stated the investigation was completed and returned sometime late August. The completed document has not been located by ODA or DWS. A requirement for Public Notice was generated. I mailed a completed Public Notice to the store today with instructions for posting. I also mailed a notification to provide a nitrate result once per year. A copy of the Public Notice has also been emailed to compliance at DWS. ACTION NEEDED: Post Public Notice and collect nitrate sample for 2017. | ||
