| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussing Arsenic Results and L&C Testing DETAILS: I spoke with Ron Loving via email and left a voice mail. We discussed the ongoing issues with arsenic testing results. He forwarded me a letter he recently received from his water engineer and system designer. They are exploring other treatment options.As for the L&C testing, testing was sampled on June 15th 2017, 5 days after receiving their compliance letter, and was received by DWS on July 6th 2017 according to their yourwater page. I contacted Brad Daniels, DWS compliance specialist by phone and left a voicemail asking that the compliance schedule be shown as closed on July 6th. ACTION NEEDED: I will continue to support the firm in reducing their arsenic with the equipment they have. I will convey to them how quarterly samples are averaged in order to determine compliance. I will assist them in understanding public notice if their quarterly average causes them to exceed the MCL for Arsenic. | ||
