Details: SUMMARY: follow up to survey deficiencies DETAILS: The system has corrected 5 of the 7 noted deficiencies during the Dec 2016 survey. The corrected items were: backflow device testing and measuring free chlorine residual (9/15/17) and ERP, coliform sampling plan and under certified op protocol (10/31/17). ACTION NEEDED: System is still working on a solution to deal with the surface water influence water source.
