| Details: | This is in response to COLI21036 repeat samples taken on June 18,2021 found two samples positive for total coliform. One sample is from triggered sample in Spring #2 and one from distribution. System will now complete a Level 1 investigation within 30 days. Three routine temporary samples will be taken in July. Information and letter were emailed to system on June 22, 2021. | ||
