| Details: | SUMMARY: timeline extension request to address deficiencies DETAILS: A letter from Bruce was received on 11/3/17 asking for a timeline extension of 10 months. The two noted deficiencies to correct are: no certified operator at required level and no protocol for under certified operator. A 10 month extension puts the new deadline as Nov. 10th, 2018.
