Details: SUMMARY: timeline extension request to address deficiencies DETAILS: A letter from Bruce was received on 11/3/17 asking for a timeline extension of 10 months. The two noted deficiencies to correct are: no certified operator at required level and no protocol for under certified operator. A 10 month extension puts the new deadline as Nov. 10th, 2018. The timeline request has been approved. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to update the timeline. The City of Adams is to notify DWS when the items have been corrected.
