| Details: | SUMMARY: Public notice, SW tmt progress DETAILS: Checked on Public Notice (for failure to install SW tmt by previous deadline). Daniel is the email contact for the Board. Id sent him the PN template 9/22/17 but never heard back. He replied that they had distributed the notice. I asked for a copy, and informed him it would need to be re-issued every 90 days until SW treatment was up and running. Also asked for Daniels phone number as a back up because I had much difficulty reaching primary contact Ed Dyment earlier this year. Daniel said Ed has all the SW monitoring equipment now. Left Ed a voice message asking if the temp, pH, turbidity and chlorine residual monitoring is happening everyday yet. With the newly issued 10-pt violation for failure to meet previous (10/5/17) deadline, system is now a PNC. ACTION NEEDED: Await copy of public notice, and the response from Ed as to whether they will submit the first monthly SWTR for October or November this year. | ||
