| Details: | SUMMARY: updated compliance schedule DETAILS: Communication with both Walt and Shanne Bailey with Business Oregon have helped determine new dates for the well project at the MHP. The water system has been working with RCAC and Business Oregon in meeting the paperwork requirements for the loan. The new dates are as outlined: Plans for constructing a new production well must be submitted by 8-1-18, construction completed by 12-31-18 and drinking water that meets compliance by 3-1-19. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to update the compliance schedule to reflect these dates. | ||
