| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Positive TC, Triggered Source Positive TC DETAILS: After leaving messages, I was able to talk to the operator of the firms water system. Mr. Anderson had already conducted the repeat sampling and source water sampling by following the water systems current coliform sampling plan. All repeat samples from distribution were absent for TC/EC with the triggered source sample positive for TC only. The firm has chlorination installed on the system for residual maintenance and I discussed the 0 ppm recorded on the coliform summary on SDWIS. I relayed to Mr. Anderson that the water system is required to test for chlorine residual at least two times per week. I informed Mr. Anderson that 3 routine samples from distribution need to be completed in the month of October. ACTION NEEDED: Ensure 3 routine samples are completed for October. | ||
