| Details: | SUMMARY: UV Tretament Installation Completed DETAILS: UV treatment was installed on 10-20-17. Three pictures were provided of the unit and piping. These were forwarded to James Nusrala for review. Visited with James on the phone about the pictures and confirmed there is no bypass to the UV unit and unit installed is that which was described in the plan review. ACTION NEEDED: Continue on monthly sampling and once a year a raw water sample is required. They can go back to quarterly monitoring after 12 consecutive absent monthly samples are collected. | ||
