Details:	SUMMARY: General assistance DETAILS: Discussed the scope of our services with Shanna on 8/1/17. Wrote email summarizing HECO SOW and assumptions that would be the basis for the estimate. On 8/1, also researched plumbing standards for installing water meters in Malheur County to use for estimate scope. Bret Turner acknowledged that he can do the estimate if Paul Bizeau provides technical basis.Paul searched the City of Ontario, OHA and Malheur County websites for information on requirements for meter installations. The city uses ISPWC but also had it’s own detail per Oregon Standard Drawings for a meter installation. Reference attached drawing SD-401. ACTION NEEDED: None (pertaining to Business Oregon) on this task order. Received email from Shanna on 8/1 at 3:40 PM stating that she no longer needed the estimate because the funding agency waived this requirement.
