| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: System took 3 repeats and 2 triggered samples following 10/17 routine TC+. All results were absent except the same sampling fixture at the Booster 2 SP4. This was the same location as the original routine. Discussed with Edge Lab and Gary, and system will take a replacement sample from same building if possible but at another fixture and submit and if absent will request to invalidate the original. ACTION NEEDED: Take replacement sample from same building or as close to original Booster 2 SP4 as posstible. If absent, send results and request to invalidate to DWP Compliance. | ||
