| Details: | Danny Rocha stated that the lab called him to inform him that the repeat sample (Site 11 of DIST-A) was TC+. I sent him a Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form to complete within 30 days. He stated that the sample site was overgrown with ivy. We talked about removing the ivy, disinfecting, and flushing the spigot. Christina sent an e-mail addressing the need to take source samples since they were not taken with the repeat samples. | ||
