Details:	SUMMARY: Treatment Required Follow Up DETAILS: System required to install chlorine due to several TC+. See Contact Report 7/5/2017. System rehabed reservoir and sprayed in new liner (approved by Jay MacPherson) during May-July. System had 5 months good samples but had total in July right after construction of new reservoir. Repeats and triggered all absent. System has had two monthly absent samples since. We believe the reservoir was the cause of contamination and has been addressed. System will continue on monthly sampling for a few more months to ensure absent from coliforms. Conducted sanitary survey September 19, 2017. ACTION NEEDED: Required chlorine should be postponed as system hopes rehabing reservoir fixed the problem. Will monitor monthly routine coliform samples. If continued absent will change schedule back to quarterly.
