| Details: | SUMMARY: Response to Coli17306 Alert DETAILS: Today (10/24/17) I spoke with Mr. Lamb, and he stated the repeats were missed due to an issue with scheduling with lab techs on site. Repeat samples have since been taken and he stated both the source and a distribution sample were positive for total coliform.I have issued an L1 investigation as well as DWS (based on no repeats) but instructed Mr. Lamb to complete this investigation based on the positive samples rather than lack of repeat sampling. ACTION NEEDED: Investigate system and complete L1 investigation and submit. | ||
