Details: SUMMARY: Response to Coliform Alert DETAILS: I contacted Mr. Lamb on 10/24/17 and he stated he was aware of the positive repeats. He stated a positive from distribution and source. I outlined temporary routines for November, issued a level 1 investigation form, and assisted in trouble shooting possible contamination. ACTION NEEDED: Complete L1 investigation, take 3 temporary routines in November.
