| Details: | SUMMARY: Excursion for not meeting minimum pH DETAILS: On 2/22/17 I received an alert for not meeting the minimum pH on January 27, 2017. The minimum pH set for the water system is 7.2 and the 1/27/17 result was 7.1. All other results for January were at or above a pH of 7.2. System is allowed up to 9 excursions in a 6 month period and this is the only excursion for this system, however, they had only just begun reporting sampling for pH in January 2017 after a lapse in reporting. The lapse in reporting was inadvertent and due to a change in operations staff. ACTION NEEDED: System to continue to monitor pH and report the results monthly. 11/9/17 update - system has not had any excursions in data submitted for February 2017 - October 2017. | ||
