| Details: | SUMMARY: M&R Tech Assistance DETAILS: Talked about DBP. Missed sample in September. The operator said that they will do it in 2018. We also reviewed all of the other pending chemical monitoring and reporting with the operator.A violation will likely be generated for missing these samples. The operator understands that to resolve the violation, they will need to collect the sample next year. ACTION NEEDED: Collect a DBP sample during September of 2018. Also, various other M&R pending in 2018 - 2019 as well. | ||
