| Details: | SUMMARY: RP Coli+ DETAILS: Spoke with Bryan on the phone. Discussed shock chlorinating system, retest as a "special" then November "routine" samples. Also discussed the importance of a sample tap at the well head for a true "source sample". He says a level 1 investigation has been completed in the last 12 months, storage tank has not been cleaned in the last 19 years. ACTION NEEDED: Follow-up 3 temporary routine monthly samples after shock chlorination is rinsed. Level 2 investigation by November 25th. | ||
