Details: SUMMARY: Total Coliform Positive Routine Sample DETAILS: I received an alert on 3/15/16 for a total coliform postive routine sample taken 3-23-16 at 4110 Amity Rd. Four repeat samples taken 3/24/16 (including one taken at 4110 Amity Rd) were all absent of coliform bacteria. ACTION NEEDED: System to report detection in CY2016 CCR and resume routine sampling (2 samples per month).
