Details: SUMMARY: Missed LT2 sampling dates DETAILS: Breitenbush missed the first four sampling dates for LT2 round 2 source water monitoring so the following makeup sampling dates are being added to the end of the schedule: 10/2/18, 10/16/18, 10/30/18, and 11/13/18. ACTION NEEDED: Start back up monitoring on next sample date of 11/28/17 and monitor every 2 weeks thru 11/13/18.
