The missed sample was the required ‘triggered’ source sample that normally follows a distribution sample that is ‘positive’ for coliform bacteria. The sample is supposed to be taken at the same time as the 3 ‘repeat’ samples (within 24 hours of the positive routine sample). Thankfully, the 10/3/17 sample was ‘absent’... [attached is] example coliform sampling plan for the water system..." ACTION NEEDED: Follow the approved ‘start-up’ procedure in Summer 2018. | ||
