| Details: | SUMMARY: Admin Order Follow Up #2 DETAILS: I called Alex to follow up on the administrative order compliance schedule. Alex said he has been busy and needs another week to send a response letter to OHA. I told him to send it asap. He said he has scheduled monthly arsenic testing with the lab and a sample was collected the week of Oct 23rd. He says he has delivered public notice. I asked him to send me a copy for verification of the current PN and all future ones. Alex said he has also recalibrated the arsenic treatment and cleaned out the filters. He said he is hiring a water treatment company to evaluate and make necessary improvements to meet the arsenic MCL. The company will maintain the water system until the duplexes are demolished (in 11 months per Alex) and new apartments are built and connected to Woodburn City water supply. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on compliance actions. | ||
