Details: SUMMARY: Repeat Total Coliform Positive for Sample Date 6/16/17 DETAILS: Contacted operator & let him know about the positive repeat coliform sample. I let him know that a level 1 investigation will be required. He had already found the investigation form. He will work on it with the other system operator & return the completed form to me for review. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain completed level 1 investigation.
