| Details: | The city of Corvallis had a routine distribution sample that was total coliform positive; the required repeat samples were performed, another location came back TC +. The water system has been instructed to perform additional repeats until non-detect or the 5% trigger (Number of positive samples) of the total number of coliform samples is exceeded. If the trigger is reached, a level one investigation will be required. I will contact the Corvallis lab on Monday the 28th to learn the results of the 2nd repeat sample and assist with any additional guidance for next steps. | ||
