| Details: | SUMMARY: TC+ Repeat Follow Up DETAILS: One of 3 repeats positive following 10/24 routine positive. Original positive was from middle sample tap and the repeat positive was from the north sample station. Well sample absent. Called Amanda and emailed her level one investigation form. System is unique in that each customer has its own cistern so system has installed 3 dedicated sampling taps on north, middle and south sides of the system. ACTION NEEDED: Complete level 1 investigation and return by Dec 1, 2017. System did a level one inv. 10/30 2016 (initial positive 10/18/16) and a level 2 3/29/17. | ||
