| Details: | SUMMARY: follow up regarding compliance with LT2 DETAILS: I spoke with James regarding the requirements for LT2 sampling and reporting. He has not turned in a compliance sampling schedule or been taking samples. I went over the schedule and recommendations on how to fill it out (every 2 weeks on a Wednesday). Told him he needs to sample every 2 weeks for a year. He explained the logistics difficulty in getting samples driven in to a shipping locations. I suggested he go to the water board and explain the testing requirement and solicit help from other board members. I explained that the schedule and testing needs to start asap otherwise it will be elevated in our compliance department. ACTION NEEDED: submit sampling calendar (circled dates - every 2 weeks for a year) and start testing | ||
