Details: SUMMARY: follow up to survey corrections DETAILS: The water system sent pictures and information to show the deficiencies noted during the July 2017 survey had been completed. The wellhead protection and hatch lock were corrected on 8-15-17 and the overflow pipe screening was done on 8-30-17. DWS considers the items corrected. ACTION NEEDED: none
