| Details: | Received alert for an arsenic result of 12.7 ppb from a sample collected on 6/10/21. Spoke with Mari. She confirmed that the sample was actually a source sample collected at the well. I advised that she have the lab submit an amended report showing the sample was a source sample. Mari will collect entry point samples for arsenic and nitrate at a sample point downstream of the treatment system. | ||
