| Details: | SUMMARY: Status of Level 1 Investigation DETAILS: This level 1 investigation was originally based on no repeats, since that time the system has completed repeats and had a positive confirmation. The L1 investigation is now based on confirmed samples. Mr. Lamb informed me today I will receive the completed L1 soon, recent special samples were negative, and they have identified a potential contamination site which has been improved. ACTION NEEDED: I will submit the L1 investigation upon receipt. | ||
