| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ Alert Follow Up DETAILS: Two repeats tc+ following 11/6 routine positive. Well was absent and original site absent, but up and downstream samples tc+. Kathy thinks it may have still been incorrect sanitizing of the sample taps? System will flush system and resample again early December, but no chlorine at this time. I emailed her Level one investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: Complete and submit level one investigation. If routine positive again next month, recommend chlorinating reservoir. | ||
