Details:	SUMMARY: Deficiency Revised Due Date DETAILS: I let Todd Honeywell know that I would extend the due date for "wellhead not protected from flooding" 1 year from the current due date of Dec. 8, 2017. The system is currently in the process of allocating funds and planning to extend the wellhead from the current underground vault to above ground. ACTION NEEDED: Revise date.
