| Details: | SUMMARY: Customer Complaint Consult DETAILS: Spoke with staff at Island City city hall about a customer who complained about a loss of water pressure. The staff stated that a contractor chose to shut off water in an area of town without properly warning the residents ahead of time. Island City has since corrected this error for future events. LEPH informed Island City staff that if it happens again, they are required to immediately initiate a "Boil Water Notice" in the affected area. ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
