| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine Distribution Sample Positive Coliform DETAILS: I e-mailed Mike, who just completed a level 1 investigation for not collecting repeat samples following a RT+ on Oct 30th. He collected the three temporary routines for the system and a separate source sample for violation follow up. One of the TR came back positive. I instruced Mike to collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and one from the source. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 3 repeat samples in the distribution and one at the source. | ||
