| Details: | SUMMARY: Level 1 triggered November 2017 DETAILS: The water system collected 3 repeat samples and a triggered source sample on 11/28/17. All repeat samples were total coliform positive. The source sample was absent for bacteria. The multiple positives has triggered a level 1 investigation. Josh was inquiring about the sites he collected from and his concerns. I suggested he investigate dedicated sample stations. ACTION NEEDED: System to complete the Level 1 investigation form and return by the end of December. Regular coliform monitoring for December. Additional actions may be needed based on future results. | ||
