| Details: | SUMMARY: Follow up on routine E. coli positive sample DETAILS: Called Jerry, whom Ted referred me to, regarding the routine E. coli positive sample from 11/30/17. Jerry has talked with Grants Pass lab and will take in four follow up samples to lab on Monday: 3 repeat samples (1 at original positive location, 2 others in distribution, and 1 triggered source sample at well). He indicated the bleach injection system had gotten a bit low. The system has 3 holding tanks for storage. ACTION NEEDED: System to take follow up samples Monday. Josephine County to follow up with system upon receipt of results for next steps. System to take 3 additional routines in December regardless of whether repeats/source samples are positive. | ||
