| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive Total Coliform DETAILS: I advised Mr. Humphrey that within 30 days of the date the sample results were reported, the system must complete a Level 1 Coliform Investigation, correct any sanitary defects found or be on an approved schedule for correction, and submit the completed form to the regulatory agency. I also informed him that the system did not submit a source water sample with their repeat samples. They will submit a source water sample to an approved laboratory on 11-20-17 and label it "Triggered Source". I provided him with the Level 1 Coliform Investigation form. ACTION NEEDED: Submit a source water sample to the lab on 11-20-17, complete and submit the Level 1 Coliform Investigation form to the regulatory agency, correct any sanitary defects found or be on an approved correction schedue. | ||
