| Details: | SUMMARY: Update on the Coliform Samples Collected by the Operator DETAILS: Mr. Hopkins contacted me over the phone to inform me that they collected one sample at the site of the original positive routine sample on 11/20/2017. The other two repeat samples and the triggered sample will be collected today. A copy of the Coliform Response Chart was emailed to Mr. Hopkins. ACTION NEEDED: Park operator will collect a triggered sample from the wellhead and the remaining 2 repeats - one within five connections upstream and one within five connections downstream. The operator was also advised to review/update their coliform sampling plan. | ||
