| Details: | SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: This system has hit the threshold of TC positive results and investigations to require disinfection treatment. Visited system and discussed the disinfection requirement and new assessment sampling requirement (one annual source assessment sample) with Manjinder Dhami, manager of the store. The system has already installed a UV light. I informed Mr. Dhami the UV light is required to go through plan review. Instructions for the plan review process, and contact information for Jay MacPherson, were provided. ACTION NEEDED: Complete plan review and sample according to new schedule. | ||
