| Details: | SUMMARY: didnt collect assessment sample DETAILS: Leroy called to let us know that one of their active wells went down. They will not be able to have the pump repaired until January, so they will not be able to collect an assessment sample for 2017. I told him a violation would be issued, and advised that he take an assessment sample as early as possible in 2018. He will try to do that. ACTION NEEDED: collect assessment sample after well pump is operational. | ||
