| Details: | Erik was not available because he is fighting fires so I left a message for Charlie on both his regular and cell phone. Left a message for Erik asking that he call back and verify whether they collected the repeat samples or not. 09/04/18 Received call from Matthew Grantham and he stated he was the new contact for this system. He took the repeat samples and delivered them to the lab on August 13, 2018. I verified this with data online and all repeats were negative. It is not necessary for a level 2 investigation at this time. |
