| Details: | SUMMARY: Coliform Positive DETAILS: One repeat distribution sample and triggered source sample collected 10-18-17 tested TC+. Spoke with Jerry Manuel, he says he will speak with the other water board members, but will most likely shock chlorinate the water system. I informed Jerry that a Level 1 coliform investigation form would be arriving in the mail soon. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
