| Details: | SUMMARY: Lead Above the Action Level DETAILS: 10-24-17 - 90th % value of 5 lead samples tested above the action level. Spoke with Rick Miller (DRC, 541-944-7659). He says he collected one or more samples that do not meet site selection criteria and will send me an invalidation request.10-25-17 - I sent Rick Miller an email asking whether or not he was going to be sending an invalidation request. He replied "Yes but I am out of town presently".10-30-17 - Invalidation approved by DWS. Clarification requested by JCHD.10-31-17 - E mail sent to Rick Miller with replacement sample site instructions. Per Chuck Michael "the replacement samples must be collected by 11/19 and reported to (DWS) by 11/29." ACTION NEEDED: None. | ||
