| Details: | SUMMARY: Total Coliform Alert DETAILS: Called and spoke with Steve. He said the system had a break and the proper steps were taken to repair the system and chlorinate. He cleaned the OS faucet as usual and flushed for 10 minutes. He understands to take three distribution samples in addition to a sample from each well. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on results and advise operator as needed. | ||
