| Details: | SUMMARY: General Assistance - Sampling System DETAILS: Over phone and e-mail conversations, multiple options were developed to solve this problem. It was determined that the best solution for the Neahkahnie Water District would be to set up the sampler and analyzer in the configuration and location it is intended on being used and taking samples at the first user location and after the water travels through the hose at the design flow. The difference in free chlorine concentration will determine the correction factor that should be added to future samples. This process should be done periodically to ensure other factors are not causing the chlorine concentration to decrease more or less rapidly than initially determined.
