| Details: | SUMMARY: Water System Survey Follow Up DETAILS: System operator sent an email with pictures of the repairs of both well heads to make the water tight. They are also documenting the chlorine residual 5 days a week. This resolves all of the violations & deficiencies from the 12-16-17 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
