| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat Source Sample Positive for E.coli DETAILS: Alan has physically and permanently disconnected well #2. This was verified in a field visit by me on 11/29/17. In a tel conversation on 12/4 with Alan, I reviewed with him having to install 4-log treatment for well #1. He is not wanting to install 4-log, and insists that his current UV system is sufficient, and that additional tests for well #1 in 2016 passed and were clean. I told him to document what he is doing and send me an email (he did send me an email on 12/4). I reached out to the State DWP for assistance, and we are in the process of drafting a letter to the system regarding compliance issues. ACTION NEEDED: Send a letter to the system outlining requirements for use of the system to be in compliance. | ||
