Details:	Carol from Luckiamute emailed me on 07/27/2021 at 4:59 and stated "A member has reported low pressure. We have been out to his property on a regular basis to check his pressure and suggested he obtain a storage tank because we do provide at least 20psi to his meter. Attached is a 17 second video that shows his meter and the gauge registering 35psi today to his meter. He is frustrated because he has almost no pressure at his house which is a distance away from his meter and up a hill. Which is why for the last 10 summers we have suggested he obtain a storage tank. He has refused to do so for whatever reason. I believe we are doing everything we can to provide him with the water he needs. He has threatened to call Oregon Health and whatever other regulatory agency he believes he can. Please let me know if there is something you need us to do that we haven’t do so far.
